It is instantly recognisable around the world as a symbol of Irish culture, having graced everything from the flag of the United Irishmen and the Presidential Seal to a variety of beers and the money handed over to pay for them. Very few of us can play it though. However Patricia Daly is set to change all that with a series of workshops this month in the Armagh Harpers Music School in Newry." - - Newry Democrat Feb 2012  | Patricia Daly MA, ALCMTD, TTCT, gives individual lessons and also teaches in group workshops offering instruction in technique and repertoire for gut strung traditional irish harp styles, classical piano and children's folk singing. Armagh Harpers Music School offer a structured series of London College of Music Graded Examinations and Diplomas in traditional Irish harp and ABRSM alsoTrinity College Graded Examinations in classical piano. The higher grades earn valuable UCAS points for successful candidates. Students are very welcome to come to 20 Brannock Close Newry Co Down for tuition. Patricia often teaches children after school on weekdays. Adults are invited to make arrangements which best suit their schedule. It is not uncommon for adult students to take lessons for a whole morning, afternoon or even longer. During the academic year, Patricia gives weekly lessons for children in the local primary schools,
meeting on Friday afternoons. Classes
